Delivery Policy

Delivery options and costs
We offer free delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom, with an estimated delivery time of 3–6 working days. The delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times that apply to your order are shown on the product page and at checkout, before you pay. The delivery cost is added to your order total and is not charged separately afterwards.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday), and delivery then takes 2–4 working days, so the estimated total is 3–6 working days. Delivery times shown on our site are estimates. Unless we have agreed a different date with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the day we confirm your order.
Order tracking
Where the carrier provides tracking, we will email you the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
If we expect your order to be late, we will email you. If we are significantly late, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the price and delivery cost paid for the late items.
Receiving your order
- Please check your order when it arrives.
- If an item is damaged, incorrect or missing, email us as soon as you can with your order number and, where possible, photos, and we will put it right.
- If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will normally leave a card or contact you to arrange another attempt.
Delivery addresses
Please check that the delivery address you enter at checkout is correct. If you need to change it, email us straight away. We cannot always change the address once an order has been dispatched.
